I can’t tell you how awesome our water is following your instructions and using the scepter. Whatever particulates exist in our city water create a really strange yellow tinge to the water when you see it in mass like a hot tub. The bleach knocked that out almost immediately. The one cup of vinegar brought down PH almost exactly spot on and the Scepter cleaned and started producing chlorine in under 24 hours.
