For those of you that have been following our Amazon nightmare and cursing them, I can honestly say that we are better. Having to fight for our business gave us a different perspective. Sure, Amazon cost us a lot of money and had they not asked me to rate some recent purchases which included a couple of the cheap, Chinese, fake Scepters, they wouldn’t have had any reason to shut me down. Having given my 1 star rating and stating they didn’t work put me in a big policy violation. As far as I am concerned, this was entrapment.

Since there are so many fake Scepters out there we are committed to getting them off Amazon and hired a company to do that. This not only affects consumers by deceiving them into thinking they are getting something they aren’t,  the failures of these imposters are making us look bad. I am determined to fight the fakes. If you or anyone you know think you may have gotten one of the fakes, please contact us at support@thehottubwizard.com. When you contact us please provide a close up picture of the cell in question along with a copy of your Amazon receipt. We will help you get a genuine Scepter and this will help us get the fakes removed.
