Clarification We are Back on Amazon & Cheap Fake Update

By some of the feedback I have been getting, there appears to be some confusion about our Amazon status and the fake Scepters.

First, we hired a company and have been reinstated on Amazon and recovered our disbursements and inventory. The notice we received before our store was turned off stated that we were encouraging customers to leave negative reviews. Contacting Amazon didn’t help, they wanted me to tell them what I did and how I would prevent it from happening again.

I hired Riverbend Consultants to sort it out because you can’t fix something if you don’t know what is broken. Abandoning my disbursements and inventory was not an option. Not only that, the onslaught of cheap fakes on Amazon needs to be dealt with. If I leave Amazon there will be no legitimate options available. Since they are impersonating my products, it is an ongoing battle that needs to be fought.

What I did was give my opinion on a recent purchase pop up in my buying account. If they didn’t want my opinion why did they ask for it? Riverbend got me out of Amazon jail in 4 days! I will not rate Amazon purchases again.

The fakes continue to be a problem. The Chinese sellers are resorting to deception which is flattering.  We are not perfect, but have a hard won reputation for taking care of our customers and for someone else impersonating our products or company is not right.
