Customer Experience – The Hot Tub Filter

Thanks to Steve for his input. Steve is a long time customer who was an early adopter of our  Hot Tub Filter. He has a Hot Spring Grandee that uses 5 filters. In this picture there are 4 of the 1st gen and 1 second gen. First I’ll say these tubs are over filtered as is. With the Hot Tub Filter, we have tested and found 1 filter will handle up to 300 gallons so the Grandee at 500 gallons would be adequately filtered with 2. They are so effective that each filter can hold up to 4 lbs. of dirt!

Steve was experiencing lower output with his Moto Massage and after discussing, he decided to remove the filter media pouch from the middle filter which is the 2nd gen filter in the middle. He was concerned about larger particles getting through the canister and his wife found a stainless sink strainer that fits perfectly inside. The strainer is a common, low cost item at hardware stores of Amazon that allows his Moto Massage work great.
