We have had issues with email accounts getting spammed like our old 800 number which was getting over 2000 spam calls per day which disabled the voice mail which is why we had to get a new number. The best email to reach us is support@thehottubwizard.com and phone/text 844-468-8828 for fastest service.
I have also come up with a 2 page guide to help you understand how salt cells work and how to get the longest life. It is in our FREE E-Book section. On our last release some people were getting a shipping charge and that has been disabled. Any questions or comments are welcome.
