I’m A Bad Person For Trying To Help?

Last night, I was online and saw someone posted on the Trouble Free Pool forum needing help because ControlOMatic closed. Of course I wanted to help. I haven’t been on a forum in a long time because I kept getting banned for trying to help people. This time I thought why not give it a try. I signed up and replied to the post informing the person that I could help. After posting my reply a notice appeared that there had been no activity on the subject in over 60 days and to make a new post so more people could see it. I made a new post and within 5 minutes I received a notice that I had been banned for spam.
I guess I’m beyond redemption and too bad for forums. To those ControlOMatic Chlormaker & SmarterSpa owners needing assistance, we can help if you don’t mind dealing with someone too bad to be on a forum.
