We haven’t been ignoring anyone but have been extremely busy as we have been helping ControlOMatic customers and developing new products that we have received requests for.

Some of our emails have gotten clogged with spam and our salt talk email fell off the radar. My apologies for that.

Here is what we have been doing:

1. We completed our Chlorine Detection cell to replace the ControlOMatic SmarterSpa salt cells and is compatible with our new The Hot Tub Wizard® CD
2. A customer requested that our ACE guide to be updated to include the Freshwater Cartridge System. That has been finished so I’ll get that refreshed in the next few days.
3. We hit a roadblock on a long lasting replacement for the Freshwater Cartridge that we will have to beat with sheer determination, but we are still on it.
4. We have finished our chemical line especially made for saltwater hot tubs. This includes our Magic Potion, pH & Alk Potion, Tub Defender, Our NEW Phosphate Solution and believe it or not, Hot Tub Salt. Most people know where I stand on salt but we have had requests for it. I am working on a guide on how to use these items and how they incorporate into the ordinary items I recommend.
5. A relationship has been established with Industrial Test Solutions to bring a full range of test strips.
6.  Our Infinity Filters are about to be transformed to help more people get the experience.

With all of this, we are making a 1 stop hot tub enjoyment & maintenance store. We have started with www.saltwaterhottubstore.com and are working to get as much content as possible.
