HotSpring ACE and FW Cartridge
HotSpring ACE and FW Cartridge
The OEM cell is gone. The Scepter is your heavy duty, factory-built replacement salt cell.
More fraudulent Scepter claims for help
December 13, 2025
I got this call on December 25, 2025. Here is another customer contacting me for help with a cell that after getting a picture is determined to not be our slat cell. This cell was purchased on Amazon. Looks like a Scepter but the caps are different and the potting compound is not ours. Purchased in October of 2025 and has already failed. It doesn’t matter how cheap it is the Chinese are great at copying but they have no idea how the ACE system works. If it doesn’t work and there is no support, what are you saving?
