We have been getting more people contact us for warranty replacements, only to find out the cell in question is a cheap knock off purchased from Amazon. Some have very similar packaging and some look similar. We have even had Amazon returns on our chlorine generators that weren’t even our product. It makes it very difficult to be an Amazon seller but that is where people shop. We may be forced into a tough decision sooner than later. What do you think we should do?
